Control Identifier (Mandatory)
Unique identifier assigned by the information provider
(the GELOS Record Source) to distinguish a record
from all other records on a particular GELOS server.

Original control identifier (Optionat)
A GELOS record may have been created by copying and modifying
an existing record from another locator
system. This field provides a unique reference to the
original record and the name of the originating server.

GELOS
Record Source (Mandatory)
This element identifies the organisation that created
the GELOS locator record and is responsible for its
maintenance. It is required only when this information
is different from that supplied in the Contributor and/or
Distributor elements. The content of the element can
be plain text or structured into the following sub-elements:
Name
Organisation
Street address
City
State or province
Zip or postal code
Country
Network address
Telephone
Fax

Language of record (Optional)
Provides the name of the language of the GELOS record and its ISO 639 standardised code.
